1. The Service

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary.

3. User Content

"User Content" includes business information, prompts, scripts, captions, hashtags, images, audio, video files, uploaded media, generated videos, scheduled posts, and content published through VideoContent.uk.

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant us in these Terms.

By using the service, you grant VideoContent.uk a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, render, transmit, and display User Content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

4. Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• is accurate and not misleading
• does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights
• complies with applicable laws and regulations
• complies with advertising, marketing, and consumer protection rules
• complies with the rules of any platform where you publish it, including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram

VideoContent.uk does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, lawful, platform-compliant, or suitable for your business.

5. AI-Generated Content

VideoContent.uk may use artificial intelligence providers to generate scripts, captions, hashtags, prompts, videos, audio, or other creative assets.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, offensive, or unsuitable. You must review and edit AI-generated content before using or publishing it.

You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content and for any content you publish.

6. Social Media Integrations

VideoContent.uk may allow you to connect third-party social media accounts, including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

By connecting a social account, you authorize VideoContent.uk to use the permissions you approve to provide requested features, such as displaying connection status, uploading videos, publishing posts, scheduling posts, and checking publishing status.

VideoContent.uk will not publish content to your connected social account unless you initiate the action or configure scheduled posting.

You may disconnect a social platform through the dashboard or revoke access through the third-party platform's settings.

Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to each platform's own terms, policies, developer rules, community guidelines, and privacy policies.

7. Platform Rules and Third-Party Services

You agree to comply with all applicable third-party platform terms and policies, including those of TikTok, YouTube/Google, Facebook, Instagram, payment providers, hosting providers, AI providers, and rendering providers.

VideoContent.uk is not responsible for:

• platform outages
• API changes
• rejected posts
• removed posts
• account restrictions
• demonetization
• reduced reach
• failed uploads
• delays in publishing
• changes to third-party platform rules or features

We may remove or limit integrations if required by a platform, law, or security concern.

8. Scheduling and Publishing

Scheduling tools are provided for convenience. We do not guarantee that a scheduled post will publish at an exact time.

Publishing may fail or be delayed due to:

• third-party API issues
• expired access tokens
• account disconnection
• platform review
• video processing delays
• system outages
• network errors
• unsupported media or metadata
• policy restrictions

You are responsible for monitoring publishing results and verifying content on the destination platform.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use VideoContent.uk to create, upload, publish, or schedule content that:

• is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, violent, or discriminatory
• contains explicit adult, sexual, pornographic, or sexually exploitative material
• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• impersonates another person or business
• includes deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading claims
• promotes illegal products or services
• promotes adult services, illegal drugs, weapons misuse, scams, fraud, malware, or cyber abuse
• contains malware, spam, phishing, or harmful code
• violates TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or other platform rules
• exploits children or vulnerable persons
• promotes regulated products or services without required compliance
• attempts to bypass platform safety, moderation, or access controls

We may use automated and manual safety checks to block requests that appear outside lawful business marketing use cases or platform community guidelines. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

10. Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

Some features may require a paid subscription, usage credits, or payment method.

Prices, plans, included usage, credit values, and feature availability may change. Paid features may be subject to third-party payment processor terms.

Unless otherwise required by law, fees and used credits are non-refundable. Unused credits may expire or be subject to plan terms if disclosed at purchase.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

11. Intellectual Property

VideoContent.uk and its software, design, branding, logos, workflows, and technology are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or exploit the service except as allowed by these Terms.

• that AI outputs will be accurate or compliant

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VideoContent.uk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or platform account consequences.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to VideoContent.uk in the three months before the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VideoContent.uk from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• your use of the service
• your User Content
• your published content
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of third-party rights
• your violation of platform rules or applicable law

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for us or others, fail to pay required fees, or if required by law or platform policy.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request data deletion according to our Data Deletion Instructions.
