You may request deletion of:

• Your VideoContent.uk account data
• Generated scripts, captions, hashtags, prompts, and videos
• Scheduled posts and publishing history
• YouTube integration data
• TikTok integration data
• Facebook and Instagram integration data
• Stored social account connection records, where legally deletable

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion, contact us through:

Please include:

• The email address associated with your VideoContent.uk account
• The type of data you want deleted
• The connected platform involved, if applicable, such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram

What Happens After You Submit a Request

After we receive and verify your request, we will delete or anonymize applicable information unless we are required to retain it for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

For connected social media integrations, we will delete or anonymize applicable stored platform identifiers, access tokens, refresh tokens, connected account records, and related publishing metadata unless retention is required for the reasons listed above.

Published Content on Third-Party Platforms

Deleting data from VideoContent.uk does not automatically delete content already published to third-party platforms.

If you published content to YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram, you may need to delete that content directly from the relevant platform.

How to Revoke Platform Access

You may also revoke VideoContent.uk access directly from the connected platform:

• Google/YouTube: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
• Facebook/Instagram: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools
• TikTok: through your TikTok account settings where available

YouTube / Google Data

If you connected YouTube, you may request deletion of stored YouTube channel identifiers, access tokens, refresh tokens, upload metadata, video IDs, video URLs, and publishing status records associated with your VideoContent.uk account.

You may also revoke access at:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Facebook and Instagram Data

If you connected Facebook or Instagram, you may request deletion of stored Facebook user IDs, Page IDs, Instagram business or creator account IDs, access tokens, connection records, media IDs, post IDs, and publishing status records associated with your VideoContent.uk account.

You may also remove VideoContent.uk from your Facebook business integrations at:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools

TikTok Data

If you connected TikTok, you may request deletion of stored TikTok account identifiers, access tokens, refresh tokens, publish IDs, video upload metadata, and publishing status records associated with your VideoContent.uk account.

You may also revoke access through TikTok account settings where available.
